This is a 5” version of our popular selling 7” kitchen prep knife. It is made from 5/32" 80CRV2 and has bloodwood handles. This smaller version is great for precise cutting. The slight curve makes for excellent fine mincing. Also an great size for butterflying chicken breast.

80CrV2 also known as Swedish saw steel. A high carbon chrome-vanadium alloy steel. 80CrV2 is a tough as nails workhorse steel.
Care instructions, hand wash blades. Then dry the blade and oil it using mineral oil or any other food grade oil if you plan on
cutting food with your knife, If you don't plan on cutting food with it, coat blade with renaissance wax for longer rust protection.
