A 7” long straight back chef knife made from 5/32" 80CrV2 with Bloodwood handle.
Allow up to 3 weeks for shipping to allow me to make the blade if not on hand.
80CrV2 also known as Swedish saw steel. A high carbon chrome-vanadium alloy steel. 80CrV2 is a tough as nails workhorse steel.
Care instructions, hand wash blades. Then dry the blade and oil it using mineral oil or any other food grade oil if you plan on
cutting food with your knife, If you don't plan on cutting food with it, coat blade with renaissance wax for longer rust protection.
