This new 9” slender meat carving knife has been a popular seller at the locals shows.It is made from 5/32" 80CRV2 and has bloodwood handles. The upward curving tip allows for nice long cuts. Whether carving a standing rib roast for Sunday dinner or breaking down a strip loin into steaks, this blade will make excellent work of your meat.

80CrV2 also known as Swedish saw steel. A high carbon chrome-vanadium alloy steel. 80CrV2 is a tough as nails workhorse steel.
Care instructions, hand wash blades. Then dry the blade and oil it using mineral oil or any other food grade oil if you plan on
cutting food with your knife, If you don't plan on cutting food with it, coat blade with renaissance wax for longer rust protection.
